By reading this you agree and are bound by these terms and conditions. If not then kindly get stuffed. Birks reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at it his sole discretion, and continued use of the site signals your acceptance of these changes. So there.

Warranties and disclaimers
The Birks sites are provided 'as is' with no warranties of any kind. Birks cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurrs from viewing any of the Birks sites, not that looking at a few html pages could give you the plague anyway.
The site is designed for web browsers versions 5 and above of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and Opera. If you have an older browser, then, well, you need to get with the times really. There are many good reasons to upgrade, security being the most important. Hackers want to get into your machine and destroy everything, see.

Intellectual property
Don't nick things off any of the Birks sites. Use of imagery and anything else is only permissable with Birks consent. In accordance to the most recent copyright laws, all stuff on any of the Birks sites is copyright unless otherwise stated.
When producing artwork for anyone, copyright would remain with the Birks, with the recipient receiving either first or exclusive rights, depending on what the job entails.
